We're looking to rent out our 1 bedroom apartment while we're gone. Here are the features of the apartment and area:

Apartment:
- Massive bedroom that gets quite dark and cool
- Well equipped kitchen with great counter space
- Separate office
- Direct backyard access + private balcony
- Free laundry in basement
- Lots of natural light (even the bathroom has a window!)
- New AC unit was just installed
- 2nd floor walkup apartment (10 units in building)
- We've got a lot of plants if you're able to water them

Area:
- Close to the AC lines and can go to the 2/5 lines down south
- Close to Franklin Avenue for stuff to do + access to Prospect Park

About This Lister

We're a couple (he/him)s in our early 30s that have lived here since the beginning of March 2025. We love the space and want to share with others while we are gone.

We both work from home most of the time, cook a ton, and are out and about in Brooklyn and Manhattan often. We like to keep the space clean (def shoes off) and tidy.
