A bright, spacious four-room apartment (1BR) in the heart of Greenpoint, furnished with care and a lot of beautiful design. There's a quiet bedroom, a den, an office, and a living room, plus a fully stocked kitchen.

Walking distance to the Nassau Ave G station and to both McCarren and McGuinness parks, and close to a lot of my favorite cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Rent is $1,200/week including utilities, plus a one-time $160 cleaning fee for my housekeeper, who comes at the start and end of your stay. I can be a little flexible on dates to fit your schedule.
