I’m a Los Angeles–based artist and filmmaker who has loved living at The Vista Fountains. The apartment has been a creative and relaxing home for me and my creative work. I love to spend my mornings sipping coffee on the peaceful balcony, meditating on life and journaling with a view of gently swaying palm trees. I’d love to sublease it to someone who will appreciate both the space and the neighborhood. The location is unbeatable, tucked in the quiet pocket of WeHo & Hollywood that offers easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and some of the city’s best art and cultural spots.
I have a great relationship with the on-site building manager, who is responsive and helpful. While there is a tenant portal for maintenance requests, I’ll remain your main point of contact during the sublease to make things simple and smooth.
I’ll be temporarily relocating to New York City to prep and direct a feature film until July. There may also be an opportunity to extend the sublease beyond that timeframe.
