I’m a Los Angeles–based artist and filmmaker who loves living in this home. The apartment has been a creative and relaxing home for me and my creative work. I love to spend my mornings sipping coffee on the balcony, meditating on life and journaling with a view of gently swaying palm trees. I’d love to sublease it to someone who will appreciate both the space and the neighborhood. The location is unbeatable, tucked in a quiet pocket of WeHo & Hollywood close to coffee shops, restaurants, and some of the city’s best art and cultural spots.
I have a great relationship with the on-site building manager, who is responsive and helpful. While there is a tenant portal for maintenance requests, I’ll remain your main point of contact during the sublet to make things simple and smooth.
