Hi! I’m subletting a fully furnished room in my two-bedroom apartment, in East Village near Union Square, starting June 1. (Some flexibility for early June move-in.) 4-month sublet with potential to renew starting October 1.

The room has a ton of built-in shelving and closet space. The apartment is full of Southwestern light and is quite pretty. The ceilings are high and the place is spacious.

We’re lucky to have:
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Dishwasher
- Sunlight all day long
- Quiet! Apt is towards back of building on courtyard.
- Ideal central location, near the L Train, 456 and NQRW. 10 minute walk to the F. Buses and Citibikes around the corner

Utilities are around $110 per month (depending on AC usage!) and we usually get a monthly cleaner. (While keeping up basic cleanliness ourselves)

My roommate of 3.5 years is moving in with his partner and you would be taking his room. The furniture is mine - you are also welcome to bring what you might want if it fits in the room.
