Charming and thoughtfully laid-out studio apartment in Echo Park, right at the edge of Silver Lake. The space features a distinct sleeping area, a partitioned dining nook, and a streamlined kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances separate enough to feel intentional, cohesive enough to feel calm. Warm natural light throughout, hardwood floors, and a neutral palette create an easy, grounded atmosphere.
The apartment also offers a generous wall-length closet (surprisingly spacious, mercifully discreet) and a cozy, well-maintained bathroom. Quiet, comfortable, and well cared for, ideal for someone seeking a peaceful home base with immediate access to some of LA’s best cafés, shops, and green space.
I’m a creative originally from the East Coast (NYC) and currently based in Los Angeles. I’ll be temporarily returning east for a large project.
I’m the point of contact for this unit and will be personally showing the apartment. While there is a resident manager on site, I’m more than happy to remain the primary buffer for communication and support for the duration of the sublet to ensure a smooth, respectful experience on both sides.
The building itself is a small, two-story community. Its an intimate, friendly, and thoughtfully lived-in home to a mix of young creatives and small families. It’s a calm, considerate environment where people know one another without hovering.
For communication purposes, my pronouns are he/him.
