The room will be available starting March 1st, a month-to-month sublease with a desired 12 month stay.

Rent is $1250/month. Utilities (gas, electric, and wifi) additional $70/month.

THE APARTMENT AND BUILDING:
Bright, airy, eastern-facing apartment on the 4th floor of a secure building with an elevator.

The shared, furnished living spaces in the approx. 1400 square foot, 3-bedroom apartment include a shared full bath, kitchen, cozy living room / dining area and entrance corridor with a deep storage closet.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The building is in Flatbush/Ditmas Park, a beautiful neighborhood with tree-lined streets. For subway transportation the B/Q train station is an 8 minute walk, and the 2/5 train is a 12 minute walk. We are also close to multiple bus routes.

Prospect Park is a 25-minute walk, or 10 minute bike ride away. In the other direction, Coney Island beach is 4.5 miles away and the Q runs directly there!

Steps away on both Cortelyou Road and Newkirk Plaza, you’ll find a wealth of:
- wonderful restaurants and bars (like Kumo sushi, Corthaiyu, Cafe Tibet, Catskill Bagel, Cafe Madeline, Lo Duca Pizza, loads of local Caribbean spots, Sycamore Bar, Bad Therapy, and more)
- grocery shopping (The Flatbush Food Coop, CTown, KeyFood and a couple green grocers).

Two creatives (she/her and she/her) who are clean, respectful of personal space, enjoy our quiet time, but also occasionally work in the living room, or have music playing around the apartment. We are often out-and-about. Our apartment goal is to maintain a supportive, friendly, and peaceful environment.
