Hello! We are a French American couple with two young daughters living in NYC!
We are searching for travelers who want to explore NYC for a few weeks this summer.

Our space is perfectly located just in front of the ABCD subway lines at 125th st. Also about a 6 min walk to beautiful Morningside park, 10 min from Columbia University, and 17 min from Central Park.

Its a spacious 2bd 2bath, on the 12th floor with elevators, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, individual AC unit in each room and living space, Wi-Fi, workspace, primary bedroom with king size bed, and children’s room with bunk beds and plenty of toys and books, living room with dining table along with huge couch and futon. Building has great amenities that you will have access to, a beautiful terrace with views of UES, a full gym near the lounge and kids playroom.

You’ll be so close to everything NYC has to offer while staying in Harlem and be just 3 min from the historic Apollo theater. Also all the shopping on 125th st, Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods, and dozens of restaurants.

We have a two week minimum but ideally we are really looking for someone/a family to stay for the month (which would be cheaper at $5500) while we are visiting family in France We have not yet booked our tickets so the dates are slightly flexible as well!

We have a cleaning fee of $125 and would require to complete an agreement form.

We absolutely love our apartment and our community and we can’t wait to welcome you to our little oasis in the big city!
