I'm subletting my sunny 775 sqft railroad apt. between Wed June 11 - Wed July 2.
Unbeatable location a block away from Bedford L. Ideally looking for just 1 person to stay, for the full 3 weeks but ultimately looking for the right fit so shorter stay also possible ($1,000 p/week + onetime $200 professional cleaning fee).

2nd floor walk-up in well maintained 8-unit building. Apt gets a ton of a light. It's a very quiet building with a live-in super. Not a place to take the party home. Sadly no pets allowed. It’s a quiet street but light sleepers may hear the trash truck early mornings (earplugs do the trick!).

Large kitchen with breakfast nook (north facing, so morning sun!) & fire escape; bathroom with shower; separate dining area; dressing room with daybed; large living/bedroom area with queen bed (Casper mattress), Floyd Sofa, desk, record player, window air conditioning unit in living room/bedroom only, 1 strong portable fan for kitchen. Air purifier. No TV. Fire extinguisher, first aid kit.

Amazing location: in "prime" Williamsburg (N 8th/ Berry) but also has a lovely neighborhood feel. 2 min walk to Bedford L, 7 min to waterfront or McCarren Park. I’ve lived here for 8 years and love the neighborhood!

From the desk window you can catch a glimpse of the Manhattan skyline & sunset. Laundromat 2 blocks away.

This is my home and while I free up space for your belongings and keep things tidy and uncluttered , it’s not an Airbnb - expect hanging space on freestanding clothing rack, behind door hooks, 1 shelf in bathroom.
