Hello! I'm subletting a room in my 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment available ASAP, though dates can be flexible (1-2 months, with possibility of extending).

The room comes furnished with a twin sized bed, dresser, desk, and chair. It receives lovely sunlight, has hardwood floors, and a small but tall closet. *Please note the last photo is older with furniture that is no longer in the room, but demonstrates the sunlight this room gets :)

The apartment is on a 4th floor walkup/no elevator. There is a large living room and separate kitchen. Unfortunately no laundry in the building but there are a few laundromats to choose from within a block of the apartment. Very warm, so thankfully heat isn't an issue in the winter.

Two blocks from Prospect Park, and many restaurants, grocery stores, and activities nearby.

I have two curious and social cats, so unfortunately no other pets are allowed, but cat lovers preferred.

This is a queer household and BIPOC queer/trans folks are especially invited to apply.

I love my home as it's my calm, creative sanctuary. I'd love to find someone who is respectful, cleans up after themselves, appreciates my cats, and is down for an occasional hangout. I also love to host dinners with close friends occasionally. I've also been vegan for 12 years so prefer a veg home 💚 I'm happy to chat about that and share the vegan treats that I make!
