I’m subletting my lovely apartment next to Kulturbrauerei in Prenzlauer Berg. There is the option (but no obligation) for the subtenant to fully take over the rental contract after a few months.

- Located in the back house, making it very quiet and protected from street noise

- First floor (no lift)

- Fully furnished, including a washing machine / dryer combo

- Secure space for bicycles in the building

- Friendly, respectful neighbours

Layout includes:

- Bedroom with a 140 cm bed

- Living room with open, integrated kitchen

- Balcony overlooking a green courtyard

The apartment feels spacious enough to comfortably host friends for dinner, with an open kitchen that makes it easy to cook and socialise at the same time. Being in the back house makes it especially peaceful, while the balcony — surrounded by trees — is perfect for breakfast in the sun when spring arrives.

🌿 The neighbourhood

The apartment is located in a vibrant yet welcoming part of Prenzlauer Berg. A grocery store is just two minutes away, and the area is full of charm: cosy cafés, great restaurants, independent bookshops, small shops, and several lovely parks nearby. It’s an ideal balance between lively city life and calm green spaces.

5-minute walk to M1, M10, M12 and U2

~15-minute walk to S41 / S42

🚶 Getting around:

30-minute walk or 10 minutes by U-Bahn to Alexanderplatz

🛋️ Furnishing & sublet details

During the sublet period, the apartment will be fully furnished, including all furniture and kitchen utensils. I will remove all personal belongings.

If you decide to take over the rental contract later on, we can agree together on which items you’d like to keep — taking over the contract is entirely optional.

The following items are available for takeover (price to be discussed):

Washing machine / dryer combo

Bed + mattress

Wardrobe

Kitchen shelves (Ivar unit behind the door – see photos)

Possibly a robot vacuum

A few additional small shelves

It’s important to me that the subtenants are quiet and responsible -- I have a very good relationship with my neighbors and would like to keep it this way :)

Please note that registration (Anmeldung) is possible as a subleter, given you take over the contract.
