We’re looking for someone responsible and respectful who will treat the space with care. This would be a great fit for a professional or couple with a steady, low-key routine.
Rent: $3,300/month (includes all utilities + internet)
Security Deposit: One month’s rent ($3,300), fully refundable at the end of the sublet, provided there is no damage.
Looking for a minimum one-month rental with flexibility up to a year.

Proof of income may be requested if it feels like a good fit.
We’re flexible with showings (in person or virtual) and will coordinate directly. We’ll remain the primary point of contact throughout the sublet.
