The Space
The apartment gets amazing natural light, especially in the afternoons. Hardwood floors throughout. The living room is warm and inviting. It features access to a patio with a table for two and a great view of our backyard trees. Our apt is filled with art, a big book collection, and some exercise equipment. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom features a convertible daybed (pulls out to king-sized sleeping area) along with a standing desk and monitors—great as a guest room or home office. One full bathroom. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of cooking utensils. Every room has its own AC/heating unit. Closet storage available. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included.

The Neighborhood
Clinton Hill is quiet, tree-lined, and family-friendly, with incredible restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Prospect Park and Fort Greene Park are a ~15 min walk. We're happy to share our favorite local spots.

Transit
8min to C (Franklin Ave), 8min to G (Bedford-Nostrand Av or Classon Ave), <2min to 44/48/52 bus stops, <1min Citi Bike rack right outside the building.

We're Avi and Anay, two young professionals and have lived here for 3+ years. Avi's lived in NYC for over 10 years and Anay for 4 years. We keep the apartment very clean and tidy, and we'll have it professionally cleaned before you move in. We're looking for a respectful couple or small family to enjoy this space while we're away.
