The apartment is filled with very low-maintenance plants and overlooks a quiet back garden, so it feels very green and peaceful.

The apartment is located on 45th Street and 5th Ave, only a three minute walk from the R train. The 36th Street express stop (D, N, R trains) is also within walking distance, making commutes into Manhattan simple and fast.

It's one block from Sunset Park, which has stunning views of the city and a farmer’s market on Saturday mornings. The neighborhood is quiet with excellent Latin-American restaurants nearby, including some of the best tacos in NY! Industry City is a short walk away, with loads of food and shopping options as well.
