- Two work desks (bedroom + office area) - perfect for writers or other creatives. (The desks will be cleared of monitors and printers shown in the photos).

I am an artist / academic who will be on sabbatical for the year. My apartment is decorated with artwork by myself, friends, and even some work by former students. I am the current owner and have permission to sublet as long as an application is filed with the Co-op Board (who are very chill). My pronouns are she/her.
