Includes a washer/dryer, split-system ACs, two large bedroom closets (one is a walk-in with washer/dryer), dishwasher, lcd projector, and ample storage. It is located in a 9-unit pre-war apartment building. Well maintained with wonderful neighbors.

Apartment is in a great neighborhood on the border between the Clinton Hill & Bed-Stuy neighborhoods. 3 minute walk to the G train, 10 min walk to the C train. Many restaurants nearby such as Speedy Romeo, Place des Fetes, Izzy Rose, Radio Kwara, etc. Supermarket, wine stores, and cafes nearby. A 10 minute walk to Herbert Von King Park, 15 minute walk to Fort Greene Park. Close to Pratt University.

About This Lister

We are a family of three - an architect, archivist, and 4.5 year-old boy. We plan to move to Mexico for a year in late August. We own the apartment and have been living here for 8 years. We are the primary contact for all inquiries and will be the ones showing the apartment. We will be back in NYC once a month throughout the year and can pick up mail and be available for any questions or issues that arise.
