The apartment has good light from north and south exposures, beautiful hardwood floors, a dishwasher, smart TVs in the living room and primary bedroom and ample closet space.
The second bedroom is currently furnished as a dining /work space, but can easily be converted for a guest with a very plush Intex air mattress.
It's a great neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the Major Owens Community Center nearby.

I am looking for someone kind and reliable who will water the plants and treat the apartment as their own, with a preference for tenants who can stay the full period.
I would like a person or couple who is willing to stay at least seven months starting in October, with some flexibility on the end date.
Signed sublet agreement after credit score and background check.
Payment for the first month is due in full on signing, with payments due the first of every month. $1000 deposit will be returned after inspection.
