I’m renting out my fully furnished bedroom in my lovely two-bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy, just a few blocks from the Utica A/C train. It’s a cozy, bright space on a quiet residential block. I will be out of town for the month of November and am looking for short or longer term rentals throughout the month. I have an amazing roommate who will be in and out of the apartment during the month as well so there is a possibility that you'll have the place to yourself depending on dates.

The Room
- Furnished with a comfortable California king bed
- Large closet with hanging space, shelves, and dresser space
- Faces apartment's backyard with lots of trees (feels like sleeping in a tree house)

The Apartment
The apartment spans the top floor of a three-story building (I live above a friendly family) and includes:

- A spacious open living room and kitchen with modern appliances
- Dining room / craft room / office nook
- Office nook has monitor and laptop stand that you are welcome to use
- Full bathroom with tub
- In-unit washer (no dryer, but there's a coin-operated washer/dryer in the basement)
- Dishwasher
- Central AC and heat
- High-speed WiFi

Dates & Pricing
I’m super flexible on timing — whether you’re looking for a few days or a week or more.

$100/day
$600/week

- All utilities + WiFi included

A security deposit is required:
- For under a week: $200
- For week or more: $600

Who I’m Looking For
Just someone who is respectful, clean, and communicative. WFH is totally fine, just a heads up that my roommate is a therapist who takes sessions in her room with a noise maker outside her door.

This would be a great fit for someone who wants a peaceful, homey space to land in Brooklyn with great access to the city.

Location
Utica A/C stop is a short walk away — ~20 mins to downtown Manhattan
