Hi everyone, I'm looking to sublet my beloved studio for about a month during a period of travel.

The studio is on the top floor of the building with an elevator, so it gets lots of light. The building is less than 5 min walk from Franklin Ave 2, 3, 4, 5 trains and B44 and B49 bus routes and very close ot a union market as well as other resturaunts and coffee shops in the Crown Heights/Prospect Heights area.

Dogs are allowed in the apartment, as the building is very dog- friendly. My dog lives here with me when I'm here, if allergies are an issue. The apartment includes an in-unit laundry, dishwasher, full-sized bed, standing desk with monitor, and a walking pad available for use. There is also a gym located in basement, a dog wash room, and some multi-purpose lounge rooms in the building.

The sublet can start on or after December 23rd with a minimum stay of 2 weeks, and flexible end date within January 15-31st
