- We are one of only two residential units in the building and have a good relationship with our downstairs neighbors

A lil' skanky, but just a stone's throw from the more tranquil and aesthetically pleasing neighborhoods of Bedstuy and Bushwick proper
- not too far from Williamsburg, Ridgewood, or Clinton Hill/Fort Greene (walkable, if you enjoy walking)
- J/M/Z trains and B38/B54/B46 all within a 10-minute walk
- Lalin's, Little Mo, Ornithology, Marco's, Hart Bar
- laundromat is around the corner.

*VIBE*

- Occupied with your own life and endeavors

- Must be willing to occasionally water plants and/or feed the cat
