- We are one of only two residential units in the building and have a good relationship with our downstairs neighbors

A lil' skanky, but just a stone's throw from the more tranquil and aesthetically pleasing neighborhoods of Bedstuy and Bushwick proper
- not too far from Williamsburg, Ridgewood, or Clinton Hill/Fort Greene (walkable, if you enjoy walking)
- J/M/Z trains and B38/B54/B46 all within a 10-minute walk

Deposit $100 (fully refundable)
***MONTHLY+ RENTAL***
$1400/month, which includes EVERYTHING--all utilities and WiFi. First month's rent + 1 month security (total $2600) required for move-in.
*I am the leaseholder and will remain so. You will need to enter into a signed sublease, with an option to extend only if we are both amenable to that.
