This one is also especially great for dog owners (or lovers) — you’d be sharing the space with me and my terrier/lab mix, who’s very sweet and loves new friends.

I’m seeking either a short term subletter who'd like to take over my bedroom while I furnish and settle into the other one (timing flexible, but 1+ months preferred) or a longer-term arrangement with someone who works out of the house, travels often, or wants a comfortable pied-à-terre in the city. In that case, the room can be offered unfurnished or part-time at a significantly lower rate. My partner plans to move in, and we both work from home, so the ideal long-term fit is someone friendly who spends a good amount of time out of the house and is comfortable living with a couple down the line. :-)
