I'm subletting my beautiful, furnished Fort Greene studio while traveling for work.

The apartment is conveniently situated on the 5th floor of a 6-story Art Deco elevator building, steps away from the Lafayette C stop. Most public transportation lines in short walking distance. Same goes for the best restaurants, cafes, bars and cultural institutions Fort Greene has to offer.

The large double windows come with a classic fire escape and offer plenty of natural light, including a view over the neighborhood's brownstone streets all the way to the skyline of Downtown Brooklyn. The view can be enjoyed through the bathroom window while taking a shower.

The layout is simple and functional. The studio comes with ample closet space, a desk with a 27'' Apple Studio Display, free WiFi, a stainless steel gas range and select furniture, objects and artworks.

I'm looking for someone clean and considerate to take care for my home, respect the neighbors and water my plants once a week. Unfortunately no pets and no parties are allowed in this space.
