Hi there! I'll be going out of town for work so I'm renting my place.

The large eat-in kitchen with a floor to ceiling window is a great place to hang out cook, work, watch TV. There is an under sink water filtration system Sirius XM radio, French door fridge, convection oven, French press and Nespresso machine microwave blender etc. *No dishwasher.

The primary bedroom faces East so its very sunny and the view of the spire of the Museum of Natural History. It has a queen sized bed (organic non toxic mattress and cover ) The bedroom has an air purifier, AC, and an empty closet and two dressers for your use.

The second bedroom is small cute n cozy. It has a full size bed ,AC, and a little make up area with its own medicine cabinet.

Walk two blocks to the East and you're in Central Park, The Museum of Natural history, the Planetarium, Strawberry Fields, the Delacorte Theater the Met and so much more.

Walk two blocks to the West and you're in Riverside Park where you can take the bike path along the Hudson River, stop for coffee at the High Line or head all the way down to southern tip of Manhattan. This neighborhood has it all, great restaurants and great shopping ( Zabars, Fairways, Trader Joe's) Lincoln Center and the Opera house is a ten minute walk.

This is a fourth floor walk-up, but shallow steps and a wide-open stairwell make it an easy climb and well worth it!
