Our whole beautiful two bedroom apartment in the heart of Greenpoint BK is available for 20 days over Jan-Feb, and we'd love to find someone to take care of it and consider it a home base for this time.

The whole apartment is warm, has double-height ceilings and all day sunlight. We are green thumbs and have lots of plants and enjoy keeping the space clean and simple.
There is an extra loft space upstairs which has been perfect for WFH situations.

PERFECT for a winter staycation, spot to land while you are apartment hunting, or visit to the city!
If you are a family with a baby or toddler, we also a room setup for both.

The main bedroom has great sunlight, and is furnished with a double bed, shelves, built in wardrobe, washing basket, lamp.
There is a dishwasher, laundry (washer and dryer) in the building and great central heating.

Greenpoint is a realy vibe and has a ton to do!
The apartment is close to the G train at Nassau, and about a 12 min walk to the L at Graham. Super close to McGolrick Park (1 block) and McCarren Park (4 blocks). Citibike nearby.
Overall it's a quiet yet vibrant neighborhood, you can hear the birds chirping in the morning, but close enough to the action. There are many great bars, restaurants, farmers markets, coffee shops, thrift stores and grocery stores.
We are a couple of kiwis in our 30s who work in creative fields.

We're looking for a person who will consider this a home sit, be clean, caring to the space, someone who will communicate well. No parties.
