I’m subletting my Greenpoint studio flat from December 9–31, with the option to extend through January.

It’s a two-bedroom/1 bath loft in an artist building — quiet, full of light, and a space I absolutely love. My roommate will also be away during that time, so both rooms will be available.

Rental options:

Primary bedroom: $1,364 for Dec 9–31 (pro-rated), or $1,900 for the full month of January

Smaller bedroom: $1800 available all December

Entire flat: $2,625 for Dec 9–31, or $3,700 for the full month of January

The flat is fully furnished and includes heat, Wi-Fi, and all essentials. We’re looking for clean, responsible tenants to enjoy the space while we’re away.
