Apartment comes with 2 very sweet cat companions that I am asking the subletter to take care of during their time in my apartment. Apartment is modern, well furnished and with private outdoor space. The apartment is in prime Greenpoint walking to great restaurants, shops, and the subway. 10 minute walk to multiple subway stops, McCaren park, and Williamsburg.

No smoking, no other pets, no parties/gatherings.

I love the quiet (for New York) feel of the neighborhood but amazing proximity to some of the best restaurants, bars and things to do in Brooklyn.
