We're looking to rent our fully furnished, single-family, bungalow home, nestled at the hills of Mt Washington, while we are away this fall/winter.

~Living room, very sunny with French doors to outdoor patio
~Fully stocked kitchen + kitchen nook.

~Our street is super quiet, with plenty of free-street parking. It’s a dead-end road so very chill. 5 - 10 minute walk to the best spots in Highland Park. Tons of coffee shops and restaurants on Figueroa. Short drive to York Blvd, Earnest Debs hiking, Echo Park, etc.

Dates:
We’re out of town multiple times. Here’s available dates but reach out we’re flexible !

Pricing:
$220 / night (minimum of three nights)
$1300 / week

About This Lister

- We are filmmakers spending time in New York for the fall and winter for work. We have owned the house since 2023.

- We will be in Los Angeles for some of November and December and can show it to you. If we're not in town, we can arrange a visit with a friend. 

- We cook a lot, so the kitchen is well equipped for those who love to cook. 

- Looking for a trustworthy person or family that will take good care of the house while we’re gone. We use Listings Project often and love the platform and the spaces / people we’ve met.
