My boyfriend and I are heading out of town for a week and would love to share our space with you!
Preference for someone who wants to stay the full time. If you only want to do a few days, we can chat about a pro-rated daily rate!
-Massive 1.5 bedroom apartment in LES
-three decks--two smaller ones on first floor and one massive one on top floor
-Full kitchen, dining, and living area
-Up the spiral staircase is a den of sorts--we use it as a TV room and as a guest-room when folks come over!
-The building gets a TON of lights since its on a higher floor and there aren't any buildings blocking sun
-Sleeps up to 4 (2 in Queen bed, and 1 on each super comfy couch)
-The neighborhood is... in our opinion... the best in the city. Amazing bars, food, galleries, clubs in literal spitting distance. Less than 5 min walk from the 2Av and Delancey-Essex stops; 10-min walk into Nolita/Bowery/Soho to grab the yellow or green line.
Of note:
-This is a 5th floor walk-up!
-No Washer/Dryer in-unit (laundromat right downstairs)
-No Dishwasher

In addition to the cost of subletting, we'll charge a refundable $500 security deposit.
Re: Utilities and Cleaning, you have a couple options:
EITHER:
-Pay us an extra $300 and you can blast the AC all you want and not give it a deep clean (we'll put the money toward utilities and a cleaner)
-Don't pay us extra, we'll charge you whatever your actual utility usage is, and you'll need to ensure the place is spick & span like you found it! If it's not well-cleaned, we'll take a cleaning fee out of your security deposit.
