I am subletting a room in my apartment from January 8th - January 1st (but with flexible a few days before / after), $1300 for the month.

The room is beautiful and sun-filled. The apartment is a 6 bed, 1.5 bath apartment that feels like a movie set, it's so ridiculously huge.

4th floor walk up, so it’s unfortunately not accessible.
Currently there is a cat in the home, but not allowed in the room.

The housemates are all very respectful and kind and there is a mix of WFH and work out of the home. 5 min walk from both the Halsey and Gates J stops, and 15 min walk from the Utica A, C.

Nate is an artist who works out of the home.
Eugene is an actor and works at a restaurant.
Tina is a gig worker and comedian.
Dani is an educator and a writer.
Blake works out of the home in building and construction.
We have a chore chart and every 2 months have a cleaner come, so the home is very clean. People will spend time with each other and are all very friendly but lead very busy lives so it isn't too much overlap time.
