Looking for someone kind, respectful, and clean to sublet my private bedroom and bathroom in a beautiful 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the heart of Larchmont Village. The building has in-unit laundry, a gym, secure entry, and a rooftop with sunset views. The apartment is fully furnished, and I’m happy to leave my room partially furnished (queen bed, mirror, etc.) if needed.

The neighborhood is incredibly walkable—steps from coffee shops, boutiques, a farmers market, and studios. Quiet, creative-friendly building with a relaxed vibe. You’ll be living with one female roommate in her 20s who is kind, communicative, and busy with work. she has 1 dog peety. really sweet.

Available September 1 through December 31, 2025. Ideal for someone in transition, working remotely, or needing a peaceful space to land for fall.

I’m a 24-year-old artist, model, and actress based in Los Angeles. I’m currently finishing my business degree in fashion through LIM College and recently signed with a modeling agency in New York, where I’ll be relocating this fall.

I’ve loved living in this space — it’s peaceful and full of creative energy — and I’m hoping to find someone responsible and respectful to take over my lease from September through December.
