I am subletting my gorgeous, large 1-bedroom apartment in the Mission from December through the end of February, with some flexibility on the dates.

The apartment has a bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in the unit (not shared with anyone else). It's up one flight of stairs in a four-unit building. The building is a classic old San Francisco Victorian with all of the wonderful benefits (molding! big windows! clawfoot tub! high ceilings!), which also means it is a bit drafty in the winter. It's not a fancy renovated building by any means – if you are looking for a place with fancy upgrades, this isn't it :)

It is right off of 24th Street, with great taquerias, restaurants, produce stores, panaderias, and coffee shops just yards away. It's four blocks from the 24th-Street Bart station and Mission Street, with many bus lines close by. It is a longer but fun walk to open spaces like Bernal Hill and Dolores Park. It is in the middle of a wonderful, lively neighborhood – a great place if you like living in a city, not a great place if you want quiet all the time.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and friendly to my neighbors. It would be perfect for a single person or a couple.
