Work in tech when I'm not writing songs and music in LA, but NYC will always be home at heart! Lived in EMEA for a decade playing saxophone and studying history. My partner and I spent a lot of sweat and tears designing our Brooklyn home before moving to LA, and we'd love to host people who are interested in taking care of it as their own. We have great relationships with our neighbors and management and are always available to support subletters and tenants with the unit.
A simple application and screening process are required to sublet our home.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Pet rent is $20-50/mth to be determined based on pet details based on wear and tear estimates.
