We furnished the apartment with pieces we make ourselves as a two-person design studio. Each piece holds deep meaning for us, and we are looking for someone who will take good care of this special space.

For the application, we will ask for:
1. A copy of your ID or passport
2. Proof of income (last 3 payslips or bank statements if self-employed)
3. SCHUFA or credit report
4. Confirmation of no rent debt (Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung if already in Germany)
Upon move-in, we will require proof of liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) and a security deposit.
