The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, crown molding, and great natural light throughout. WeIt's in a a small building with rooftop access - 360° views and especially magical on summer evenings.

The room itself is bright and cozy. I’m happy to leave a monitor and instruments (electric guitar, acoustic guitar, banjo, mandolin) for the right person who will treat them with care.

We’re close to the F/G/R trains, a short walk to Prospect Park, and surrounded by coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, and music venues. The neighborhood is super walkable.
