We’re an artist couple and we’re looking for a single person or a couple who is kind, tidy, and respectful—someone who will enjoy the apartment and take good care of it while we’re away.
This is a peaceful home, best suited for someone who values a quiet, harmonious living environment.
We want everyone to feel comfortable and at ease, so we kindly ask that the following are respected:

A refundable security deposit is required:
_ $1000 for stays longer than 2 weeks (up to 2 months)
The deposit will be returned upon key handoff at the end of your stay, provided everything is in good condition.
A simple sublease agreement will be signed by both parties prior to move-in.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the arrival date. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
This is a non-smoking home. Parties and additional guests are not permitted, as we value a peaceful and respectful living environment.
