Short walk to many Brooklyn highlights in both Ditmas Park and Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhoods. 6 min walk from the Church Ave B/Q trains. 4 min walk to Target, 10 min walk to Prospect Park (super close to the Lefrak outdoor Ice Skating Rink), 7 min walk to the famous Kings Theater. 10-15 min walk to all the bars and restaurants on Cortelyou Rd including the Flatbush co-op (no membership required), and the Sunday Cortelyou Farmers Market, and equidistant to all the bars and restaurants in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, including Fiona's, Midwood Flats, etc.
