The space for sublet is the larger bedroom of a two bedroom apartment.

The apartment is on a quiet leafy street in Bed-stuy, with the subway on one corner taking you into chinatown and soho and the financial district, there is a beautiful park on the other corner, with a cafe right there and an array of restaurants and grocery stores walking distance.

It has wooden floorboards throughout, lots of natural light through the windows making up the entire wall in the bedroom and living area.

The apartment is filled with plants and hand crafted wooden furniture pieces which brings a very cosy feeling to the space.

You would be sharing with a very quiet, kind and self contained housemate.

There is a TV set up with all streaming channels in the living room to enjoy a movie and a kitchen with all the appliances you would need to prepare your own meals should you want to.

About This Lister

I am an artist who relocated from Australia to New York in 2014. I practise a 19th century photographic process out of my studio in Brooklyn and I am also a Postpartum Doula.

During the time Im looking to fill my room I will be going across Europe to teach my photographic process in the form of workshops.

I have lived in this apartment for 9 years and in that time have made it my home, there is a lot of love in these walls.
