I’ve lived in this apartment myself and truly loved it - it’s a special place right in the center of Madrid, yet surprisingly calm and peaceful. It’s a bright attic apartment with lots of character, exposed wooden beams, and skylights that bring in beautiful natural light throughout the day.

The apartment has a comfortable living room, a separate bedroom with built-in storage, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. It is perfect for one or two people. There is also a small workspace in the apartment.

Personally, I work from a nearby co-working space, full of creatives and within easy walking distance. If the tenant is interested, I’d be happy to share a reference or recommendation for applying there.

The apartment is furnished in a warm, thoughtful way and feels like a real home rather than a short-term rental. Please note that the apartment will be furnished similarly to the photos, but not exactly the same, as some items have changed. There is an elevator up to the floor right below the apartment, with only one flight of stairs left afterwards.

One of the things I appreciated most while living here is how quiet it is. Even though it’s very close to Plaza de España, the street is calm and the apartment feels private and restful.

*The neighborhood*
The Plaza de España area is one of Madrid’s most convenient and enjoyable neighborhoods. You’re close to Malasaña, Conde Duque, and Gran Vía, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and local shops nearby. Public transport connections are excellent, and green spaces like Parque del Oeste and Casa de Campo are close for walks or outdoor time.
