A sunny and quiet bedroom facing a lower level patio (off the street) is available in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment.

We’re on the third floor, above a coffee shop on the first floor with a couple residing on the second floor. With a large living room and separate kitchen, everything is recently renovated while maintaining both the charm and integrity of an older building.

The bedroom has a sizable closet. There are also storage closets in the hall. It comes unfurnished, but the previous tenant is selling their full sized mattress, bed frame, and/or bookcase (each for negotiable prices).

Located just one block away from the G, a few blocks from the L, and a 10 minute walk from the J and Z.

We’re looking for a working professional with a stable income (ideally in their late 20’s or older) who’s clean, communicative, and respectful. As we’re both often in the apartment, we prefer someone who commutes to the office.

We see the home as a haven and a place to rest and create, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
