Rental Requirements
• Security Deposit:
A security deposit equal to half a month’s rent is required to reserve the sublet for the agreed-upon dates.
This deposit also ensures that the apartment and everything inside it is treated with care and kept in good condition.
It will be returned within 1–2 days of the end of the sublet terms after confirming everything looks good.
• Rent Payments:
First month’s rent + the security deposit are due upfront to confirm the sublet.
• The second month’s rent is due by February 1st.
