Hiya, I’m looking for a responsible, quiet, and respectful person to sublet my beautiful Washington Heights apartment for 2 weeks in January and 2 weeks in February. (Dates flexible - but limited to just two week stints). No pets though.

Rent: $900 per week. Location: Riverside Drive, Washington Heights – overlooking the Hudson River with sweeping sunset views.
