The apartment has a relaxed, peaceful energy. Home includes a very sweet, well-trained dog and a chill cat - they add warmth to the apartment without chaos (they sleep alot!) . Shared spaces are kept clean and welcoming, and there’s space to connect over an occasional meal or conversation while also respecting privacy and quiet time. Cleaning is shared and flexible, ideally with a simple system to keep things flowing. Guests are fine with notice just no back-to-back overnights without communication
