- The bedroom for rent has a quality queen-size bed/mattress, a dresser, a closet, and an upright piano.
-Shared living room/dining room/well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
- An additional desk/office space in the entryway, which you're welcome to make your own.
- Standard NYC bathroom with combo bath/shower, good water pressure, plenty of hot water.
- Laundry in the building shared with two other apartments.
- Second floor walk up (if you're European, it's the first floor—there is one flight of stairs).
- Landlord in the apartment upstairs in case of any issues.

THE AREA
- "The Columbia Street Waterfront District." It's on the border of Carroll Gardens, full of beautiful brownstones, and Red Hook, which is by the water, with lots of old warehouses converted to galleries and artists studios.
- 12-minute walk to the F/G trains at Carroll St.
- 12-minute walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park.
- B61 bus one-block away.
- Quiet block near lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, yoga studios, supermarkets, bars etc.

WHO THIS IS FOR
You're communicative, respectful, and kind to both humans and cats. You're generally pretty tidy and clean.
