The apartment has:

- W/D in unit
- a dishwasher
- large fridge
- lots of storage
- large balcony
- a shared roof
- The elevator goes straight into the unit
- 3 minute walk to Graham L stop

We are looking for someone who we get along with and is clean, considerate, liberal. This is a lease takeover until July, with the option to resign at that time. For accountability when it comes to common area cleaning we currently have a chore chart (not like assigned tasks, more of a checklist). You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. Earlier move in might be possible.

Roommates are in their mid/late 20's and work hybrid. Looking for a female roommate who is the same.
