I'm looking for roommate in a 2br / 1ba from Dec 26 until end of March for a gorgeous, sunny apartment at an amazing location in Williamsburg. It's a 7 minute walk to the L and 2 blocks from both Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Countless lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, close to the water and Domino, Bushwick Inlet, and McCarren Park. Close the ferry as well!

The available bedroom is currently furnished with a bed and small desk (which can be removed if needed), and has floor to ceiling windows.

I'm looking for someone who:
- Likes cats, I have 2.
- Is clean -- actually!
- Doesn't have a lot of stuff, as the living room / kitchen are fully furnished.
- Doesn't mind if I have people over, I love to bake, cook, and host every couple weeks.
