Hi all! We’re looking for someone to take over a room in our University Heights townhouse starting March 1. The home is a 4-story, 3 bed / 2.5 bath spacious townhome with shared kitchen, living room, garage, and rooftop space. Each bedroom has its own balcony.

University Heights — right off El Cajon Blvd, walking distance to great restaurants and bars like Gilly’s, Lafayette Hotel, Pomegranate, and Gnarly Girl Pizza. Super central and walkable.

Unfurnished bedroom (can fit full or queen bed) with large double sided large closet, private balcony, located on the 2nd floor
Office space alcove on 4th floor
Parking spot in private garage
Shared Jack & Jill bathroom
Rent: $1,450/month + utilities
Deposit: 1 month’s rent
Lease: Looking for someone to join the lease formally (12 months)
Move-in: March 1
