This is a good sized, fully furnished bedroom in a great two-bedroom apartment. I am male artist in my 30's. The apartment is on the top floor of a four story building so the room gets great light and has a view and fire escape access. The kitchen was recently renovated and the apartment features all original details. The building is well maintained and very quiet. It's a mix of families, long-time residents, and younger people. There is also roof access. There is a sweet cat in the apartment.

The block is very well taken care of and within steps of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, laundromats, and other conveniences. You can walk to the Kingston/Throop C, Nostrand A/C or Bedford Nostrand G stops.
