The place is spacious and clean and gets very good light in the winter. It has nice hardwood floors and a very comfortable living room. We cook a lot and the kitchen is well equipped. I share the apartment with two roommates, though only one (Alex) will be here during the period. The bathroom is shared with only that roommate.
The apartment is located a 5 min walk from the J train at Gates Ave, and a 10 minute walk from the C train at Ralph Ave. Very easy to get around, especially to Manhattan. JFK is also easy to get to and from (J train to AirTrain)
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a good supermarket around the corner, and the best deli is a 5 min walk. There are also nice cafes within a 5 to 10 walk.

Negotiable if you're looking for a shorter period within the month stretch !
