I'm looking for a roommate to share my beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Clinton Hill! It's on the third floor of a 4-floor walkup and is very spacious and bright. Your room has a big, Eastern-facing window, hardwood floors, and a *huge* closet (like, biggest I've seen in New York).

You will also have use of a large kitchen/dining area with a table and chairs and a living room. There's a dishwasher (!) and a number of other kitchen things I've accumulated (blender, air fryer, pots and pans, etc.). The living room has a couch, armchair, and TV. We also have access to a lovely roof. The whole apartment has great light and is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I really love it!

The closest laundromat is across the street, and we're one block away from a grocery store and gym. The neighborhood is full of great cafés, restaurants, bars, and community gardens. We're about a 7-minute walk to the Franklin C and the Classon G and are on multiple bus routes.

Internet (Optimum) is $56/mo per person and Con Ed tends to be between $25-$100 depending on the season.
